NONPROFIT CORPORATIONS: May 6, 2022 - CCFS is being updated to reflect changes to nonprofit corporation laws under RCW 24.03A. Currently, all nonprofit filings will be completed by paper forms while we work to provide online filing options. We are processing documents in the order received and there will be delays. If your documents were recently submitted, please disregard any automated late notices while we work to get all records updated on the website. Paper documents must be received in our office before their due date; once they have been entered into the system the record will reflect accurately. Fee Schedule / Expedited Service
On this page you will find links to fees based on entity and transaction types. The fees on pages listed below are for standard document processing.
For those who need their documents in a hurry, the Corporations Division offers expedited service for Online, In-person, and Mail Transactions. The fee for expedited service is $50 per entity and online submissions are $20 per entity (in addition to regular fees). Online and paper expedited filings are generally processed in 2 business days. For fastest service, in-person expedited service requests received before 3:30 p.m. will be processed the same day, usually within one hour.
To receive expedited service by mail, enclose $50 per entity (in addition to regular fees) and write "EXPEDITE" in bold letters on the outside of the envelope. Your request will be processed within two working days of receipt or as soon thereafter as possible.

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, money orders, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All payments must be received in US Dollars. Payments submitted to this office are not refundable WAC 434-112-075 & 434-112-085.
